Framepx provides product-content automation services for businesses. These terms govern the use of framepx.com and our publicly accessible pages.
2. Use of the website
The website and its content (text, design, media, brand) are owned by Framepx and protected by law. You may browse and reference the content; you may not copy, resell or misrepresent it as your own.
3. Products and customer agreements
Access to Framepx products is provided under separate customer agreements. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; product features and prices may change.
4. Connected platform apps
Our integration app "Mert Dogan Social" is an internal tool that operates on its owner's own social media accounts through official platform APIs, in accordance with each platform's terms (including the TikTok Developer Terms). It is not offered as a service to third parties.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt, probe or abuse the website, its infrastructure or our integrations.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Framepx is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction.
